The Alchemy of Love & Sensuality – transforming relationships is an invitation  to connect love, consciousness and sensuality. This will open you up to beautiful exper iences of expansion and enjoyment of your sensuality in a new way.

By mergin g the qualities of body, heart and consciousness, you will wake up your sen se of aliveness. And by letting yourself be guided by your true impulses, y ou will regain trust in yourself and in Life.

In our daily life, we meet oth ers strongly influenced by our past experiences. Being aware of what is tru e for you in every single moment, you can see what wants to happen here and now, and this gives you access to true intimacy.

During this two-day semina r we will create and enjoy together a relaxed and safe space in which sensu ality can awaken in a loving space of trust, in which you are recognised an d respected with your sensitivity, limitations and longings. This will make it safe for you to open up for touching and receiving love in a deeper way .

We will experiment with some essential techniques that will help you ignit e your inner fire and aliveness. We will combine the heart, sensuality and awareness by using various methods and practices, including:

• Cultivating presence & grounding  
• Connection & sensitivity exer cises
• Tantric breathing
• Mindful touching
• V arious active meditations
• Music & conscious movement

I feel blessed that I had the chance to discover Tantra as a space for my own being and growing about 15 years ago. Within my journey I learned in the presence of many gre at teachers as Saleem Matthias Riek, Alan Lowen, Spersa Kreis and Diana Puj a Richardson.

Wishing to help enhancing the space of Love, mindfulness and healing, I’m now a disciple of Spersa Kreis, the foun der of the Art of Love Institute in Freiburg, spreading her wisdom in our trainings.

I am a certified coach, mediator and Ges talt therapist who has been working with people for more than 12 years.
