The Alchemy of Love & Sensuality – transforming relationships is an invitation  to connect love, consciousness and sensuality. This will open you up to beautiful experiences of expansion and enjoyment of your sensuality in a new way.

By merging the qualities of body, heart and consciousness, you will wake up your sense of aliveness. And by letting yourself be guided by your true impulses, you will regain trust in yourself and in Life.

In our daily life, we meet others strongly influenced by our past experiences. Being aware of what is true for you in every single moment, you can see what wants to happen here and now, and this gives you access to true intimacy.

During this two-day seminar we will create and enjoy together a relaxed and safe space in which sensuality can awaken in a loving space of trust, in which you are recognised and respected with your sensitivity, limitations and longings. This will make it safe for you to open up for touching and receiving love in a deeper way.

We will experiment with some essential techniques that will help you ignite your inner fire and aliveness. We will combine the heart, sensuality and awareness by using various methods and practices, including:

• Cultivating presence & grounding  
• Connection & sensitivity exercises
• Tantric breathing
• Mindful touching
• Various active meditations
• Music & conscious movement

I feel blessed that I had the chance to discover Tantra as a space for my own being and growing about 15 years ago. Within my journey I learned in the presence of many great teachers as Saleem Matthias Riek, Alan Lowen, Spersa Kreis and Diana Puja Richardson.

Wishing to help enhancing the space of Love, mindfulness and healing, I’m now a disciple of Spersa Kreis, the founder of the Art of Love Institute in Freiburg, spreading her wisdom in our trainings.

I am a certified coach, mediator and Gestalt therapist who has been working with people for more than 12 years.

Vimal (Mihai Popa-Radu - Romania)

My spiritual journey started back in 2007 when I discovered mindfulness meditation while exploring the Buddhist philosophy and psychology. Over the years, I deepend my meditation practice by going regularly to meditiation retreats and practicing various types of meditations.

I attended teachings and retreats with HH Dalai Lama, Alan B Wallace, Spersa Kreis, Alan Lowen, John Hawken and Kaifi Iraklis.

Since 2003 I’ve trained and worked as a certified coach, change facilitator and mindfulness instructor.

Language: the seminar will be facilitated in English and brief translations will be provided individually when needed

Refreshments: fruits, cookies, water, coffee and various types of tea will be available during the breaks (please bring your own water bottle – plastic or metal, not glass). Lunch arrangements can be made at a nearby restaurant and paid separately by participants
